In response to the growing popularity of self-service bakeries, we have designed a shelf with closed shelf levels with plexiglass covers. It’s the perfect combination of modern design and technology. It is comfortable and safe to use thanks to the use of plexiglass covers with a soft-close system that slows down the cover’s descent.

DESCRIPTION:

Roll basket

cabinet with a basket for rolls made of furniture board, placed on top of the rack’s base
glass basket front, 10 mm thick plexiglass basket partition
basket equipped with a drawer for crumbs

Hanging shelf

a set of three shelves with metal frames suspended at a 20° angle with a spacing of 35 cm, levels 46.5 cm, 40 cm and 33.5 cm deep
upper perforated grating made of metal or plywood, front stopper and plexiglass shelf dividers, maximum three dividers per shelf
shelf equipped with 2 drawers for crumbs and a built-in LED lighting fixture on an aluminium profile
under each level, soft-close plexiglass covers closing the level below can be installed, the highest level is always open

Additional options

the cabinet is available in several versions, among others:
-service cabinet with a container for disposable bags and a basket insert
-additional containers for bread
-with a drawer
the rack available as a version with loading from the back
